Why this site exists

Senior executives searching for DEI consulting firms find long lists with little guidance on how to choose. This site explains the main approaches, the questions worth asking, and the published evidence, so a leader can make a confident decision whether or not they choose CRW Diversity.

Because CRW Diversity publishes the guide, it is not independent. The methodology page explains how recommendations are formed.
